The Frencken College in Oosterhout (the Netherlands) has supported the stichting for the third year in succession. This time with the handsome sum of € 1087,98! Stichting Afrikaanse Albinos would like to thank the pupils and everyone else involved most heartily for this support.

On 19 and 20 October two volunteers from the stichting gave a presentation on the background and the aims of the Stichting to two HAVO/VWO second year groups. In their project week “Our problem too” the pupils made a number of folders to be placed in drugstores and other sales points for sun-block.

On Friday 21 October a sponsored walk was organised. Last year this walk raised a good € 700. On 21 November our volunteer Annie Vromans received a cheque for € 882,45 raised by the sponsored walk, € 26,53 from the collecting tins and later a further  € 179,00 from another class.
